DR. Achmad S. Ruky, MBA,

DR. Achmad S. Ruky is a senior Indonesian Human Resources Management specialist qualified by 25 years of progressive work experiences as human resources manager and executive mostly in large multinational and national companies. His experiences are enriched with another 7 years experience in general management, marketing/sales, and management consulting. His special interests are in strategic human resources management, management development, leadership skills, team building, organization transformation, corporate culture and cross-cultural communication. His last three executive positions before going into consulting business were; Director - Human Resources, for Daimler Chrysler Indonesia (1994 – 1998) and Director – Human Resources for Cement Cibinong Group Ltd. (1989 – 1994) and Director – Human Resources Indofood International Corp. (1986-1989).
DR. Ruky’s qualifications include a Doctor of Management Sciencedegree from the Technological University of the Philippine (TUP), Manila, 1999,. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne University Business School (1972), and a Doctorandus in Business Administration from Pajajaran State University, Bandung - Indonesia, 1966. He attended numerous advanced management programs, seminars and conferences on management development and human resources management conducted in Indonesia and in Asia, USA, South America and Europe .

Drs. Fakhrudin, Psi. MSi is a psychologist by training who obtained his Bachelor degree in 1991 from University of Indonesia. He also obtained his Master degree in Industrial and Organizational Psyhology from the same university in 1999. Since the year 2000 he teaches at the Post Graduate Program on the subject of Human Resource Management at the same university he graduated from. He started his consulting career since he was at the final year of his under graduate program as a member of the Consulting Team of the School of Psychology assigned by a number of State Owned Companies within the Ministry of Trasnport to implement Merit System, among others were PT Angkasa Pura I dan II, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, Perum DAMRI.
Since 1997 he established his own consulting firm named MCS which since then handled consulting assignments given by Multinational corporations such as Vico Indonesia, BP Indonesia, Lasmo Oil, ENI Egip, PT Alstom Energy Power Indonesia, Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, Matsushita Lighting Indonesia, Asian Development Bank. His company also helped several national companies such as PT Angkasa Pura I dan II, PT Adhi Karya, PT Waskita Karya, Bank Mandiri, RS Kanker Dharmais, PT Bukit Asam ; PT Kramayudha Ratu Motor, PT Infomedia Nusantara, PT Bogasari Flour Mill, PT Intiboga Sejahtera, Sempati Air, PT Dayajasa Transindo Pratama, Gramedia Majalah (Kompas Group) and many others.
